It's back! the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Resurrecting after a four-year break, the lingerie catwalk extravaganza had big-name models including Adriana Lima, Gisele Bündchen, Kendall Jenner, Gigi, and Bella Hadid, with the top-ranking models being dubbed 'Angels'.
The opening dropped in spectacular fashion, with Gigi Hadid introducing the poetry from the rafters. The film "The Tour 23," which will be released on OTT soon, is then shown in a short preview. Given the history of VS fashion shows, this even looked to fall short.
"We're going to continue to lean into the marketing spend to invest in the business and also to support the new version of our fashion show, which is to come later this year," Victoria's Secret CFO Timothy Johnson revealed in a statement. Johnson also stated that the program will “reinforce our commitment to championing women’s voices and their unique perspectives,” which is another way of hinting at the show’s theme and how it may differ from the show’s previous guise of superficial glitter and glamor.
Following a drop in sales and low television ratings—which saw figures drop from five million in 2018 to 3.3 million in 2019—the annual performance was already canceled in 2019. Following the revelation of Les Wexner's intimate ties to infamous billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, the brand was likewise embroiled in controversy.

Doja Cat Performance - Doja Cat was revealed as a performer. The 27-year-old musician performs freshly released songs while dressed in edgy, silver-hardware-covered nude underwear.
New Brands - The four new brand collections exhibited during the show were modeled by Julia Fox, Emily Ratajkowski, Winnie Harlow and Lila Moss and came from the cities of Bogotá, Lagos, London, and Tokyo. Custom Victoria's Secret designs are also used throughout the collection. Gigi Hadid is dressed in a unique ensemble created by VS20 Bogotá designer Melissa Valdés Duque.
